Client understands and agrees that all payments made for tattoo services are final and non-refundable. This includes any deposits, retainers, and the remaining balance due on the day of the appointment.

The deposit secures the appointment date and covers preparation time, including custom design work. Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or no-shows initiated by the client.

Once the tattoo procedure has been performed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the design, placement, pain tolerance, skin reaction, or healing outcomes.

By signing this agreement, the client confirms that they:
    •    Approve the design, placement, and style of the tattoo,
    •    Understand that results may vary depending on individual skin and healing factors,
    •    Commit to following all aftercare instructions provided by the artist.

Client also waives the right to dispute or reverse any payments made via PayPal, Zelle, Apple Cash, or any other accepted payment method, acknowledging that services have been rendered in full and with informed consent.
